Our service includes a consultation by our agent, eligibility check of landlord for home rental (for HDB: MOP fulfillment, non-citizen quota), eligibility check of tenant, issuance of inventory list and Tenancy Agreement (TA), and submission of documents to relevant authorities (i.e. HDB).

Our documentation service for landlords is at a fixed fee of $588 +GST for HDB rentals, and $988 +GST for private properties. Fees are fixed regardless of the price and type of your home. This is only payable upon completion date.

Since our start in 2016, each Ohmyhome agent has completed an average of 75 deals in the past 24 months. This can easily be verified on CEA’s website where you’ll also be able to find all their past transactions. Trust the results, you’re definitely at the right place.

The minimum rental period for HDB flats is six months and three months for private properties.

HDB policy does not allow selling a flat with tenancy because the new owner is required to fulfill a Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of five years, during which they are not allowed to rent out the whole unit. This policy is not applicable to condos and other private residential properties. In fact. private properties are often sold with tenancy.
