OLÁ, an executive condominium (EC) located near Sengkang MRT station, received a higher-than-expected turnout. It has sold 167 of the 548 units within the first weekend of sales on Sunday (22 March 2020).
OL√Å’s TOP, average price per sqft, and unit types sold
Slated for completion by December 2023, the average price of units sold per sqft was $1,135. Among the units sold, around 30% were three-bedroom, three-bedroom premium, four-bedroom and five-bedroom units, while 10% were two-bedroom units. Three out of nine penthouses were snapped up at above $2 million each.
OL√Å’s Buyers’ Profile
Majority of buyers, 107 of them, live in the same District 19. Out of 167 units sold, 102 are first-time buyers, while the remaining are second-time buyers looking to move to an EC from an HDB flat.
Ohmyhome’s Private Property Sales Manager, Louis Tay said, “Being the only EC launching in District 19 this year, it’s no wonder OL√Å is a hot favourite. The range of units offered has met the demands of many HDB flat sellers and new homeowners.”
