Thus, Property with D & Z and J & J (Mandarin format) was born!
In this episode of Property with D & Z (fun fact: it goes live every other Wednesday), Ohmyhome’s Senior Real Estate Consultants Douglas Quah and Zen Lim take viewers through the pros and cons of buying a BTO flat and explained which type of buyer BTOs are best suited for.
D & Z also dug into their wealth of knowledge to educate the pros and cons that buyers need to be aware of before they ballot for a BTO. In the latter half of the segment, D & Z took some time to answer questions from the comments, which were:
