Boutique development Baywind Residences joins the exciting assemblage of developments in the East Coast of District 15, 95 Lorong N Telok Kurau. The 5-storey freehold development is developed by Baywind Properties, a conglomerate of construction group Lim Wen Heng (LWH) Holdings and mainboard-listed ABR Holdings.

Being within 2km of the newly furbished Katong i12 shopping mall and Parkway Parade will also give residents plenty of dining out options such as the Magic Chicken Cutlet, Prive, Pu Tien and Ichiban Boshi whenever the resident chef does not feel like putting on their apron.

The former two lie within the 1km of radius of the estate, giving students priority during balloting exercises.
