Looking at projects in Mandaluyong in pre-pandemic Philippines, there is a consistent increase in property prices. In a 2017 report from the Leechiu Property Consultants, the minimum price for property in the area was around ₱92,000 per sqm. During the second quarter of the pandemic, the price per sqm. amidst mobility restrictions and economic contraction, was roughly around ₱206,000. That’s a 117% increase over a three-year period. The forward-thinking condominium development in Mandaluyong City is expected to be complete by 2024. But that hasn’t stopped PIK from bagging the “Breakthrough Developer” award as early as now.
