Step Two
An Ohmyhome representative will evaluate your application and may request for necessary documents. Once this stage is complete, you can already start selling properties or referring potential clients.
You can access a wide range of properties via the ELITE Network portal, where you can track project information, presentations, and more. You will also see your sales performance on your personal dashboard.

How Do I Earn?
ELITE members are entitled to incentives from each closed sale from a house and lot or condo for sale in the Philippines. Team incentive comes at a ₱10,000,000 accumulative sale of Head Elite Member and his/her referrals. To qualify, one must at least have a ₱2,000,000 minimum sale
If you are a head ELITE member, you can earn from two direct referrals. Remember that you can form multiple teams composed of 6 members each. This is why unlimited income potential is within your reach.
“On top of this, the members who have produced the highest sales will have a chance to win a brand new car or a brand new home. This applies as long as they qualify for a certain amount of sales for the year,” adds Ohmyhome’s Strategic Partnership Manager Cielo Dumlao. “There will be exclusive events for the members all throughout the year. Awards and prizes will be based on their sales performance, like travelling to different places and staycations at the best hotels.”
