This year, Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) is ushering in the Chinese New Year strong with its latest property campaign dubbed Homes of Prosperity.
The campaign commences from 3 January 2020 to 29 February 2020 and is open to all Mah Sing purchasers who have successfully booked their respective properties within this period. Buyers participating in this campaign will stand a chance to win attractive prizes and rewards ranging from cash prizes, gold bars, furnishing packages, shopping vouchers, shopping sprees and many more.

The participating projects in the Homes of Prosperity Campaign include M Vertica, M Luna, M Oscar, M Centura, M Arisa, Sensory and Cerrado in the Klang Valley; M Vista and Ferringhi Residence 2 in Penang; Meridin @Medini, Meridin Bayvue, Meridin East and i-Parc in Johor.
In conjunction with the Homes of Prosperity Campaign, Mah Sing will also be hosting grand open houses in multiple sales galleries nationwide.
In the Central region, Mah Sing’s M Oscar sales gallery in Off Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur will be hosting its open house on 11 January and 15 February 2020 while M Luna in Kuala Lumpur North will host its open house on 8 and 9 February 2020. M Vertica in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur will be hosting its open house on 9 February 2020, Southville City in Kuala Lumpur South will be hosting on 8 February 2020 while M Arisa in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur will be hosting its open house on 16 February 2020.
In Penang, Mah Sing’s Southbay Sales Gallery will be hosting on 1 February 2020 while Meridin East Sales Gallery in Pasir Gudang, Johor will be hosting on 8 February 2020.
The open houses will run from 10 am to 6 pm and visitors can expect various performances including lion dances, children’s activities, 24 Drum Shows, Feng Shui talks, Chinese Orchestras, and other fun-filled Chinese New Year activities. A feast will also be prepared for visitors.
