In the years since, we’ve included plenty of features that made the initial promise easier to fulfill.

And as usual, we only keep improving. 

In August this year, Ohmyhome will be rolling out a new in-app chat update that creates a safer environment for all users on our app.

Ohmyhome chats now have a more modern and aesthetic look and feel.

We’ve doubled down on security and made that our utmost priority by:

  • Introducing fraud detection measures that flag out suspicious behaviours on the marketplace by blocking phrases and sentences typical scam artists use.
  • Removing the “Make An Offer” feature, which we’ve identified as one of the functions abused to pressure users to send money to what they believe to be a legitimate process and request in buying or viewing a home.
  • Implementing read receipts to ensure that a user always knows the buyer or seller’s level of engagement. In a chat conversation, you can now see if the other party has read your message.
You will receive push notifications when you get a chat reply on the Ohmyhome app.

  • Adding push notifications for the chat function so that you’re notified when you receive a reply. This means you end up buying, selling, renting, or leasing your home much quicker, saving precious time, and likely closing at a better deal.
  • Promoting an environment to keep the entire conversation you have with an interested party within the app (it’s much safer to keep Chats on Ohmyhome).

Important note for active users:

1. (For all users) All closed and completed chat history sessions will be removed, but conversations with active listings will remain.

2. (For Singapore app users only) The appointment setting function will also be removed, but only temporarily. A new and improved version will be introduced soon.

This will be a mandatory update so you will have to ensure you’ve updated the app to its latest version before you can continue using it.

You can refer someone by forwarding the registration link sent to you through your registered email

A. Any person you will refer will have to be a verified member to qualify as a referral partner.
B. Each incentive is tied to a unique sale.
C. A member who first registers a person to join shall “own” that referral. If there are any requests of transfer, the initial Member Referrer shall directly send the request to the ELITE Management through email.

ELITE Management shall verify the request through a phone call and once the request has been verified, the next referrer shall be notified that the request has been approved or denied.

You can refer as many members as you can as long as they are not existing members of the network and are not registered previously by another member.

Once the referral submits a registration in the system, you will receive an SMS/email notification about the registration.

Incentives payout will be on a quarterly basis.

Payouts will be in the form of a check addressed to the member or via bank transfer. You may indicate your preference to the ELITE Network management via email.

Direct Sale – a member who closes a sale gets a maximum of 3% for every closed sale


Team Incentive – when a member and their other referred members reaches the Php10M accumulated team sales for the month, it entitles them to additional incentives. To qualify, each must have at least a Php2M worth of direct sales.


Refer and Earn – when the referral member is able to produce a sale, the member who referred them to the network will get an override incentive from that specific sale

The incentive structure is based on the tasks accomplished by a member in the course of the sales journey in a particular transaction. You may refer to the table of DEAL STAGES shown above (before the FAQs section).

Incentives payout will be on a quarterly basis.

An SMS and an e-mail will be sent to you every time a client completes a payment stage.

Payouts will be in the form of a check addressed to the member or via bank transfer. You may indicate your preference to the ELITE Network management via email.

In a future version of the platform, you can check on the client’s transaction progress through the ELITE platform’s personal dashboard.

Once a payment stage has been completed, it will provide an indication that the incentive is ready to be released.

Licensed Brokers and Salesperson can earn up to a maximum of 3% incentive.


Referral Partners can earn up to a maximum of 2% incentive when a deal is closed by a Licensed Broker or Salesperson from ELITE Network that they are in partnership with.
